Hats and Styles

I can create a variety of different hats and styles, but colors are limited by the material. The colors available for smooth felt beaver are black, chocolate, pecan, steel grey, charcoal gray, granite grey, burgundy, silver belly, dark moss green, bone, sahara, navy blue, natural, white, copper and nutmeg. Special colors are available upon request.

Thinking of some other material for your hat? Long-hair beaver, velour and scratch finish are also available. I also have over eighty different shades of vintage grosgrain ribbon to match any style you prefer.

Sizes are available from 6 1/4 to 8. Western hats can be created in over 50 styles and 25 colors. They range from 4 inches to 7 inches in crown heights and from 3 inches to 6 inches in brim widths. Dress hats can range from 3 1/4 inches to 6 inches in crown height, and from 1/2 inch stingy brim width to 3 1/4 brim width.
